In this event, participants are invited to connect to their femininity through both art and asana (physical postures). In the first half of the event, Delainy will guide and support participants to paint a piece that cultivates creativity, and sensuality, while Gabby will lead a restorative yoga flow to foster self connection and female empowerment during the second half. All art supplies will be provided. This event is accessible and open for all female identifying individuals and no previous art or yoga experience is necessary.
