A workshop for anyone interested in exploring movement in the body. This will include somatic explorations, movement research, contact improvisation, and physicalizing imagery in the body. This workshop is hosted by Katerina Belmatch who has a strong background in dance, and Masha Shakurova who has a background in contact improvisation and somatic work.
