Personal Techniques & Movements: Learn efficient pre- and post-activity routines designed to work for your unique body and athletic goals, improving both performance and recovery.
Dynamic Yoga Flow: Engage in a movement-based sequence to stretch, strengthen, and stabilize key muscle groups essential for athletic performance.
