Join me for a deeply restorative 90-minute experience designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and your inner stillness.

What to Expect:
• Introduction & discussion of ancient pranayama techniques
• 45 minutes of guided breathwork (heating, cooling & balancing practices)
• Guided sound bath meditation to close
Reimagine the way you breathe: with presence, purpose, and power. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to engage in conscious breathing, explore its physical and emotional benefits, and discover how to integrate these timeless techniques into your everyday life and yoga practice.
During our time together, we’ll explore a range of breathwork methods to:
—> Cultivate a deeper connection to self
—> Improve mental clarity
—> Enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness
—> Support lung health and reduce stress
We’ll close with a nourishing sound bath meditation, allowing your body to fully absorb the effects of your breathwork journey.

Are you ready to deepen your practice, from the inside out?

Jodie Lewis is a 500-hour+ Registered Yoga teacher and vegan hormonal health coach. If you’ve ever experienced one of her morning classes at Daya, you’ll know breath is an integral part of what she teaches. Pranayama changed the way she approached not only her practice but also her life, and is one of the main reasons for her love of the practice. She’s passionate about sharing the effects of breathwork with others so they, too, can better cultivate a deeper, more in-tune relationship with their body.
