How to prepare: wear comfortable loose clothes, do not eat for two hours prior to the session to avoid any discomfort, bring a pen and paper to write down your insights after the session. 

Session structure: 
Check in, movement exercise, setting intentions.
75 minute breathwork journey.
Sharing in circle, integration and closing. 

About Yuliya - Breathwork Facilitator, Embodiment Coach
Yuliya is passionate about guiding people to expand their emotional, physical and mental capacity through the power of breath.
 
Coming from a corporate background, she faced depression, anxiety, perfectionism and burnout. After trying different healing modalities, she came across Conscious Connected Breathing, which helped her reconnect with her body and regulate her emotions.

After receiving her breathwork training in Bali, now she blends scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom to share the powerful practice of Conscious Connected Breathing with anyone looking to reconnect with their true selves.
