Women’s day SEER Dance

Women's Day SEER Dance
Hosted by Oihana
March 9th 6-8pm
$30
$5 off for members with code SEER

For Women’s Day, we extend a heartfelt invitation to join us for a transformative journey into the depths of your being with our SEER Dance workshop.
SEER Dance (Sacred Earth Embodied Ritual Dance) is a form based on the sacred roots of Belly Dance, inspired by nature’s elements (earth, water, air and fire) and interwoven with energies, journeying, storytelling, and embodied prayer.

We will gather to be present in our bodies, allowing ourselves to slow down, to deeply feel and to express intuitively the essence residing in every woman.
This session includes a gentle warm up, learning some core movements in depth within the roots of Belly Dance, a simple dance phrase, free dancing/exploring and an integration/sharing circle.

In the gentle embrace of this intimate gathering, we shall embark on an enchanting journey into the depths of Devotion. Together, we will explore the sacred threads that bind us—to ourselves, to one another, and to the divine.
