With the world and our lives in constant motion and dissonance, its important to
have several tools at your disposal that help you tap into self. A movement
practice coupled with a mindful practice are just two of the many ways we can
find reprieve.
Join us for our Yoga and Tea flow! We will start out limbering and relaxing our
bodies with a Vinyasa Flow, followed by the mindful practice of bowl tea. No
previous knowledge of tea is necessary. So pour into yourself! Because the most
selfless act we can do for others, is to take better care of ourselves.
What to bring: An open Heart and Mind
Enmy has had a movement based life. Having grown up dancing with her family in the Dominican Republic, more formal training happened at a young age when Enmy studied at the NYC Ballet. Although she couldn't continue her studies there, years later she discovered yoga and it became a life long practice. After many starts and stops she became certified in 2018 and has found teaching to be highly rewarding. Just 3 years ago she connected to the practice of tea, and realize that this mindful practice could be compiled with yoga as a way to dive deeper into self. Currently Enmy works with Tea Arts and Culture an organization that brings tea to community spaces.
