Come join us for a transformative breathwork experience where you can release pent-up emotions and find a renewed sense of clarity and peace. Whether you're seeking stress relief or a spiritual journey, this session is designed to help you connect with yourself and let go of what no longer serves you, unlock emotional blockages, and promote healing on a deep level.

Most of us have limiting beliefs trapped in our subconscious, often so deeply embedded that we may not even be aware of them and the power they hold over us. To rewire our mind and state of being, we need to access a flow state and communicate with our subconscious mind. We can then release repressed emotions, understand how and why we do things, and take a step forward in our personal growth journey while gaining a different perspective on life. Connecting to our body’s own intellect jumpstarts the healing process and enables us to let go of what doesn't serve us, old patterns, and limiting beliefs. 

What happens during the session?

Breathing in specific rhythms and intensities, combined with a crafted guidance, allows the energy to move. It is common for participants to experience heightened emotional reactions, including crying, screaming, and laughing.

What happens after the session?
 
Participants may experience a deeper mind and body connection, emotional lightness, greater clarity, and an overall sense of calm. Some may feel a relief of psychosomatic symptoms. 





I’m a certified Breathwork Instructor, Emotional Releases facilitator and a Holistic Health Coach. Having been trained in multiple somatic modalities, my sessions are a blend of the most effective techniques to create a safe space where emotions can surface, be witnessed and released.

Practicing somatic modalities changed my life in profound ways and I'm very passionate about helping people deepen their mind & body connection, navigate through repressed emotions and let go of old baggage.
