Daya yoga opens the door to the beautiful sangha practice in the ambrosial hours of the day.
For centuries yogis have been meditating in the hours before the sunrise. At that time the angle of the sun and the Earth creates a very conducive atmosphere for you to communicate with your soul and fill your heart with joy.
We will practice classic Aquarian Sadhana which includes chanting of Japji, a yoga set, pranayama, relaxation and 7 mantra meditations designed to help you face challenges of the modern times from a heart-centered space of your being.
This is a quiet, personal, transcendental practice but once we are done we will share snacks and tea together, so if you feel so inclined please bring something to eat.
Being a kundalini yoga teacher is for Zita Harkaran a gift and a blessing. To study and practice it is like learning the primordial knowledge of the universe directly through your own body and experience.
It teaches you about your nervous system, about chakras, sound current, and intuition so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.
Zita Harkaran is a passionate kundalini yoga teacher and always a curious student of it. She has spent years trying to understand why and how kundalini yoga works so well and she brings that understanding into her classes.
