Vinyasa
This class teaches Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior series, a well-rounded but accessible vinyasa sequence. It flows through sun salutations, standing asanas, balances, back and forward bends, inversions, and meditation, pairing movement and breath throughout. Modifications and hands-on assists are offered. This series is helpful for those looking to building a vinyasa practice or those refining and strengthening the practice of familiar asanas.
