You're invited to our July Community Gathering: HEART CHAKRA with Tessa Rae Butler. The Anahata chakra is our center of compassion, love, and empathy. When we are able to care for and connect with others, we are able to more deeply love and connect with ourselves. Spend some time in community strengthening our connection to empathy, and fall more in love with life. We'll be diving into the properties of this energy center, and discuss how it connects with our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Plus some beathwork, meditation and journaling + sharing to inspire conscious conversation. Transcend the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from fully welcoming love into your life, and join us on Saturday, July 19th at 4 pm. Bring a journal, if you have one, and bonus points for wearing green! WE LOVE YOU! This event is free / by donation.
