About your guides:
Natalya is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound artist. Natalya approaches her teachings with gentleness – a softness for the human experience – emphasizing joy, healing, exploration, and compassion through instruction. Her classes are intended to expand her students’ awareness, inspire kindness, and awaken them to their own resilience. Outside of her yoga work, she is a musician, oil painter, writer, and lifelong lover. You can find her at @impalpable.nat or natalyamalarczuk.com.
Miriam founded @mindful.manifestation.mk in 2019 to support others on their mental health journey using mindfulness, creativity, and psychedelics. With a trauma-informed lens and a warm approach, Miriam uplifts the local NYC community by guiding individuals toward healing and growth. She is working in collaboration with group work, visual arts, music, and compassionate meditation — making the psychedelic therapy journey not only transformative but also enriching and deeply personal.
