Celebrate 4/20 in 2026 with a late night practice designed to help you unwind, soften, and settle deeply into your body. This special event blends a slow, grounding yin yoga sequence with an immersive sound experience to guide you into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.
Students will be invited to enjoy an optional THC treat (edible or pre-roll) before practice begins. We will then move into gentle, longer held yin postures that encourage the body to release tension while supporting the fascia and nervous system. Throughout the class, soothing sound will help deepen the experience, creating space for rest, reflection, and subtle energetic shifts.
This evening is designed to be cozy, mellow, and community oriented. Whether you choose to partake or simply enjoy the practice, you are welcome to come as you are and settle into a spacious, sensory experience of movement, sound, and stillness.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. THC offerings are optional and intended for responsible adult use.
Come celebrate, unwind, and float into the night with us. 🌿✨

About the Hosts:
Kayla Bud Schiller (she/they) is a yoga teacher, writer, and dietitian from Queens, NY (yes, Bud really is her middle name). Learning about asana during a high school female-empowered workshop, Kayla didn't deepen her practice until the end of college. She received her 200-hour RYT in 2018 from Yoga Vida & a 50-hour Yin & Restorative Certification in 2019 from Sacred Sounds Yoga. During this time, Kayla continued her studies in nutrition and became a registered dietitian in 2020. She has since been studying & integrating eastern & western practices of medicine and wellness to better care for patients. She believes that yin & meridian asana are essential to the magic of holistic health, and how we show up and develop on the mat reflects how we show up develop off the mat.

Coco is a dancer, visual artist, licensed massage therapist, and sound healer practicing in New York. She hosts multi-instrumental sound baths and community meditation sessions. She is studying yoga teacher training at Daya to prepare to teach regular Yin classes alongside sound alchemy. She works expansively with therapeutic touch and crystal singing bowls to facilitate healing one-on-one and in groups. She has been studying bodywork for almost 10 years with a concentration in TCM.
