Event description: A hapé & sound ceremony to welcome in spring. We will start with hapé and a guided meditation followed by a short sound bath and chatting and celebrating over fruit <3

Bio: Green is a sound healer and relationship guide. Born and raised in Brooklyn they have found a deep appreciation of the need to embrace and create human community and interdependence in the city. As they deepen into their own practice of showing up for the beautiful people in their family, community, and circle they have found that only so much healing can be done alone.
