A sweet little 420 reset
Join us for a special Cannabis & Restore in honor of 4/20 weekend at Daya Ridgewood. This evening is an invitation to slow down, soften, and celebrate every stoner’s favorite holiday through deep rest and appreciation for the cannabis plant itself. Expect a cozy, grounding restorative practice designed to help you settle your body, exhale the week, and sink into a gentler kind of celebration.
2+ hours of restorative yoga, gentle movement, and mindful smoke breaks throughout the evening.

Bio:
Hi! I’m Angie (They/Them/She). It’s been a journey to get here, and I’m happy to share a little bit more about that. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and it’s been a lifeline in my own journey through life- the joy, the celebration, the hardship, the chaos, and everything inbetween. Along the way, I have since trained extensively in clinical mental health counseling, somatic body psychotherapy, therapeutic yoga, somatic psychology, and integrative trauma-informed care. I have had the honor of working closely with many people navigating stress, trauma, resilience, healing, and life’s many transitions. These experiences have shaped the way I teach, ensuring that the practice is not only informed by knowledge but also rooted in real human connection.
I intend to co-create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can listen inwardly, move at your own pace, and leave feeling more grounded and at ease.
If you have any questions about class please reach out! I’m happy to chat- texting is preferred.
