Sound Bath & Rapé — A Journey of Presence, Silence and Connection
Sound Bath & Rapé — A Journey of Presence, Silence and Connection Hosted by Denisia Days
Sunday August 23rd 4-6pm
Daya Ridgewood
$30
The intention of this offering is to create a safe and intentional space for participants to slow down, reconnect with the body, and experience deep relaxation through sound and mindful presence.
The experience will begin with a brief grounding and preparation, followed—only for those who consciously choose to participate—by a respectful rapé ceremony. Then we’ll transition into a Sound Bath, using vibrational instruments, frequencies, and soundscapes to support relaxation, meditation, and inner listening.
Participation in rapé would be completely optional, and each participant would be encouraged to honor their own boundaries and choices. No previous experience with either practice is required.
