High On Yoga: Qi Gong & I Ching Reading
Qigong encourages the flow of vital force through movement, breath and intention. By cultivating Qi (Chi) in this practice we are able to restore vitality, increase immunity, promote longevity and access authenticity.
In addition, we will take some time at the beginning and end of class to explore the I Ching (Book of Changes), an age-old text that helps shed light on the continuously changing form of reality and the best ways to transform according to the time and situation.
