About Liza:
Liza has been practicing yoga for about 10 years, and discovered meditation as a way to deepen her practice as well as enhance her life in so many other ways. Liza has studied Tibetan Buddhist meditation with a teacher in NYC for 200 hours, completed a 10-day silent vipassana retreat, and immersed herself in philosophy and meditation as a way of life in Rishikesh, India. Currently, she has a daily sadhna, or practice, of sitting for 30 minutes in silence before she starts her day. This practice has allowed her to overcome anxiety, stress, and feel inspired and in awe about life! She has experience leading group classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats. Liza loves sharing meditation with others!
