POSTPONED: Purification Ceremony: yin & sound for release
Fall is a time to reflect on death and letting go. It's a place to recognize what patterns, habits, and thoughts we need to release. As a community, we will mourn the parts of ourselves that no longer serve us, embracing this shift in season as a time to celebrate change. Through our purification ceremony, you will find yourself making space for what's new. This all accompanied with live music by Jake.
This will include:
meditation on intention
journaling
yin practice with a focus on the heart and hips
sound bath
conversation on integration/group reflection
Bring: a journal, comfortable clothes to move in, an open heart & mind
